Joseph Will brings a wealth of hospitality accounting experience to the table having been Controller of mid to large sized properties. His forte aside from impeccable accounting practices is training managers how to read and interpret Daily Reports, Income Statements and Balance Sheets to improve their overall management capabilities on a day to day basis. This mentoring has helped each property realize tremendous efficiencies in scheduling labor and operational purchases.
For several years, Joseph worked at a multi-national company during a period of customized computerization and assisted the technical team in de-bugging a complex, fully integrated purchasing, accounting and inventorying software installation. Much of this knowledge and experience has proven to be extremely beneficial in fine tuning many of Peak Hospitality’s own processes.
In addition to Mr. Will’s financial responsibilities, he oversees Human Resource policy for the company. His attention to detail has made it possible for Peak Hospitality managed hotels to realize reductions in unemployment fees, workers comp claims, a consistent wage and benefit package, and low turnover.
