With a Bachelor of Science degree from Benedictine University, Christopher has honed his expertise in quality presentation and service, specializing in crafting exquisite menus of food and beverages. His credentials include ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification, New Mexico Alcohol Server Certificate, and teaching credentials, reflecting his commitment to excellence and safety in the industry.
    Christopher’s career spans various notable positions, including his current role as Food & Beverage Manager and Chef at Holiday Inn & Suites, where he oversees daily operations, menu development, and team training. His experience includes managing F&B operations at CiCi’s Pizza, DoubleTree Hotel, Vernon’s Hidden Valley Steakhouse, Sheraton Uptown Hotel, and more. As the Principal Consultant for Aadvantage Consulting, he has led numerous F&B projects from start-ups to large-scale openings, showcasing his versatile skills and innovative approach.
    Beyond managing operations, Christopher is passionate about creating unique culinary experiences. He has a proven track record in developing sales strategies, concept development, and delivering exceptional service. His leadership extends to mentoring and training kitchen teams, ensuring a high standard of quality and creativity.
