Garrett’s Desert Inn was constructed in 1957, but since 1977 the Garrett Family has endeavored to make it a charming and affordable alternative to the pricier hotels on the Plaza. Situated directly on the Old Santa Fe Trail, we are in the heart of Santa Fe’s Historic District.
Garrett’s Desert Inn features 83 Guest Rooms and Suites in a motor hotel setting. Rooms are set back from the Old Santa Fe Trail and overlook the pool area. Enjoy the abundance of color that lines the guest room walkways and pool area every spring, summer and fall.
This properties meeting room can seat 80 for receptions, or up to 125 theater style in a warm and comfortable setting. A full service meeting space accented with a KIVA Fireplace for winter functions. Naturally lit windows overlook a beautiful swimming pool, centered on the property.
